Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $34.00 - $40.80 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Development Associate - Office Specialist is an integral member of the Development Services team and assists with data integrity projects that inform and support the work of the fundraising team. The Associate is responsible for regularly updating and maintaining multiple biographical data points to create accurate and detailed reports and outputs from our fundraising CRM (Raiser's Edge). The Associate provides office assistance and interacts directly with major donors. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development Services and Strategic Planning.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Minimum 3 years' experience working in philanthropy or related field. 2 years fundraising software experience preferred. Advanced experience with MS Office including Excel formulas and formatting, and conditional Word merges.

SKILLS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize work, and sustain positive and collegial relationships with staff, donors, and volunteers. Must maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained in the course of employment including, but not limited to, financial, medical, and sensitive information regarding patients, employees, donors, and prospects.
