The Supply Chain Technician will perform functions at an advanced level that may require specific training and/or certification and may develop and apply advanced skills that are appropriate for the position. May adapt procedures, processes, tools equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Effectively flex between operations. Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex and non-routine issues to higher levels. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the processes and quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The opportunity:

  • May manage the release of deliveries in Exacta through the allocation process, and correct order issues as needed to ensure the consistent flow of the process.

  • Communicate or resolve inventory issues as needed to ensure the consistent flow of the process. Interface with internal customers as needed. Adhere to company and departmental cultural expectations.

  • May coordinate the functions of shipping, receiving, and/or inventory, possibly working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • May conduct audits to monitor inventory level and to determine status of current orders and to forecast needs for future orders

  • Specialized knowledge generally of a particular area, system or equipment. Do the job of a Process Specialist as a backup.

Who you are?

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1 year of related experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of the principles and applications of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001

  • Computer skills with competency using standard software packages (Word and Excel)

  • Experience in SAP or other inventory system

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Be able to perform basic math calculations

Pay transparency

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is 37,200.00 - 69,200.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
