THE JOB:

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar. By understanding our guest's unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:$16.86 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you assist them with their beverage selections all while providing an outstanding guest experience
• Craft flavorful alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests ensuring the appropriate amount of ingredients according to standardized recipes in the designated restaurant outlets
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the beverage area to comply with company standards
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation procedures
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years of experience in a bar, restaurant, night club, lounge, or similar environment preferred
• Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Is a team player
• Is welcoming and engaging
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
