Warehouse Material Specialist

Position: Warehouse Material Specialist

Location: Lockport, LA

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials from trucks and docked marine vessels.
• Receiving and Inspection: Receive, uncrate, and inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
• Transaction Documentation: Handle, resolve, and ensure completion of warehouse transaction documentation.
• Inventory Management: Perform physical inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
• Customer Assistance: Assist Material Control customers in the warehouse and throughout the facility.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and Material Control areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of six (6) months of previous warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Preferred Qualifications:




• Chauffeur's license.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Carpentry skills.
