Description

Core Responsibilities:



  • Drill, rivet and assemble parts to close tolerance.
  • Use hand tools and machinery, such as grinders, belt sanders, band saws and drill presses, to bring parts to customer specifications. Use calibrated tools and measuring devices to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
  • Our assemblers complete required paperwork and checklists.
  • Perform work with a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on safety and quality.
  • Experience with brazing, resistance welding, or fusion welding of sheet metal is a plus.


Qualifications:



  • Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and retain new skills.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred, but not required.
  • Compliance with general attendance standards is required.
  • Capable of reading and understanding written instructions, procedures, safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.


Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED


Shift Premium

5-4/9's (with every other Friday Off)



  • 2nd shift 3:30pm-1:00am; swing shift employees receive a 12% shift premium.
