YOUR IMPACT

OpenText Managed Security Services is the team who provides cybersecurity advice, guidance and assistance to our customers to help them realize cyber resilience. We advise on Risk & Compliance, assist with Digital Forensics & Incident Response, and help through Managed Security Services programs. As a consultant within our Managed Security Services Practice, you will establish yourself as a Customer Trusted Advisor and deliver on their requirements to improve their security posture.

This is a remote role based in United States.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Design and execute comprehensive penetration tests across various platforms, including web applications, networks, and APIs
  • Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify weaknesses and recommend robust mitigation strategies
  • Lead red team engagements and coordinate with blue team members to simulate real-world attack scenarios
  • Document findings in detailed reports, providing actionable insights and remediation guidance to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle
  • Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, continuously improving testing methodologies and tools
  • Deliver analysis and consulting for various other services including security awareness training, table top exercises and compliance advisory.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and compliance advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISM).
