Temporary Football Graduate Student Coach

Job Code: Will be filled as either PZ22-Graduate Student Coach or FT19-Graduate Teaching Assistant, based on degree-seeking vs. non-degree-seeking candidates.

Job Details:

Support football coaching staff with practice preparation, practice scripts, position meeting preparation, practice drill planning, depth chart management, video teaching tools. Assist Player Personnel staff with on-campus recruiting activities and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree;

* A valid U.S. driving license and the ability to meet and maintainUniversity of Iowa Driving Program standards; (https://opsmanual.uiowa.edu/administrative-financial-and-facilities-policies/risk-management-insurance-and-loss-prevention-5)

* Must be accepted for graduate school enrollment for the fall 2025 semester;

* Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any conviction history and will be subject to a criminal background check and credential/education verification.

Pay is dependent upon the type of position: Graduate Teaching Assistant: $21,969 for 9 month academic appointment; Temporary Intern: $36,000 annual full-time equivalent.
