Finance Specialist II - Biomedical Engineering

As the Finance Specialist II you will help to ensure the fiscal health of one of the nation's leading institutions. This position requires a blend of strategic insight, meticulous financial oversight, and a deep commitment to supporting the School's mission of excellence. By partnering with senior leadership, faculty, and administrative teams, you will participate in budget development, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and advance key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial reporting:Preparing financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts
• Monitoring:Ensuring that legal requirements are met by monitoring financial details
• Supervising:Overseeing employees who do financial reporting and budgeting
• Analyzing:Analyzing market trends to maximize profits and find expansion opportunities
• Advising:Helping management make financial decisions
• Managing:Managing monetary risks and cash flow
• Creating:Creating economic models and developing business strategies and plans
• Collaborating:Collaborating with marketing teams to develop budgets for advertising campaignsfinance leadership to develop budgets
• Ensuring:Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
