30% of time entering returned mail into system and updating addresses 30% of time sorting incoming mail 30% of time entering incoming payment information into a check log 10% imaging, filing, other administrative duties Under the direction of the Manager, the Student is responsible for intake and sorting of mail for the department. Student will also be responsible for reviewing returned mail, updating patient addresses in hospitals financial system and entering information into on payments made to hospital accounts. | |
