We are hiring a Transportation Support Specialist in Bentonville, AR. 1st Shift \| Monday - Friday \| 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay rate \| $20 - $25 per hour Daily tasks: Manage customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction, optimize carrier relationships, and maintain accurate carrier and broker profiles. Coordinate shipment schedules, confirm pickups and deliveries, and address scheduling errors to meet client needs. Communicate with facilities regarding appointments and product availability, book freight, and build shipment orders in the system while verifying rates and credit details. Assist in developing policies and contribute to creating monthly performance scorecards for carriers and brokers. Qualifications: 2+ years of related experience in a performance managed environment Ability to interpret data, identify trends and develop actionable insights to support decision making Knowledge and understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or other related systems Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) with the ability to run reports, update spreadsheets, etc. Degree or accreditation (experience) in Business, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Communications Demonstrated initiative, time management, and ability to work independently Employee Benefits: Weekly pay by direct deposit or pay card Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short-term disability 401k options Referral bonus potential Employee discount programs Unmatched professional development, and more!
