We are hiring a Transportation Support Specialist in Bentonville, AR. 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay rate | $20 - $25 per hour Daily tasks: Manage customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction, optimize carrier relationships, and maintain accurate carrier and broker profiles. Coordinate shipment schedules, confirm pickups and deliveries, and address scheduling errors to meet client needs. Communicate with facilities regarding appointments and product availability, book freight, and build shipment orders in the system while verifying rates and credit details. Assist in developing policies and contribute to creating monthly performance scorecards for carriers and brokers. Qualifications:
