Program Overview

The Cosette 2025 Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity for experiential learning in a corporate environment. This is a meaningful, mutually beneficial program where students will bring innovation and drive that will help Cosette reach our goals. In turn, our highly skilled team will help students apply what they already know and broaden their knowledge base.

This is an 11-week, full-time program for rising junior and senior undergraduate students at an accredited college or university. The summer internship will run from May 27 - August 8, 2025.
Position Summary
The summer intern will be working with the branded marketing team on day-to-day business processes and will also get the opportunity to drive your own projects. You will learn and collaborate with all department channels, including patient, healthcare providers (HCP) and digital marketing.
Key tasks may include but are not limited to updating and developing marketing materials, digital & social media content, assisting with the planning and execution of medical conventions, as well as supporting various marketing projects. Other responsibilities may include gaining insights from our field sales teams through one-on-one interviews or surveys. The intern will gain hands-on experience through attending cross-functional meetings including tactical planning workshops and learn about our internal peer review board (MLR) to understand how material approvals work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Help in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) aimed at healthcare professionals and patients.

Market Research & Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data on market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and sales performance.
3.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation and approval of promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and product literature to support product marketing strategies.
4.
Event Planning: Support in organizing and coordinating conferences, seminars, webinars, and other events for product promotion and brand awareness.
5.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment on promotional activities and alignment of key messages.
Position Requirements
Educational Major Preferred:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a science-related field
Experience/Skills Preferred:
- Strong interest in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
