Reena Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a part time LPN to join our growing team.

Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, was recently voted "Best Assisted living in the Area" by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 6th straight year. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Reena provides a supportive environment allowing new employees to grow as they join our caring team.

Shifts Available: Monday, Thursday, Friday and e/o Saturday, 10:00am-6:00PM
Wage: $27-$29 wage based on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans. Duties include:



  • Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.


  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
  • Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a LPN or RN
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.


  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
  • Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
