Program Analyst

R&P is looking for a professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Creates, tracks and delivers LPD Project Production metrics.
• Creates, tracks and delivers LPD CPR/IPMR Reviews.
• Creates, tracks and delivers LPD EACs.
• Has experience in Earned Value Management.

• Production Performance review development.
• Experience in Naval Ship In Yard Production.
• ACAT I Amphibious Ship program experience is highly desired.
• 7 plus years of experience with significant documented in-yard production experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree is acceptable.
• Secret clearance.
