Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Salesforce solutions, particularly within federal government projects. This role involves working closely with multiple Scrum teams to develop and implement OmniStudio-related applications.

Responsibilities



  • Solution Development:Collaborate with Scrum teams to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Configure and Customize:Configure and customize OmniStudio components to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integration:Integrate OmniStudio solutions with other Salesforce components, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot and resolve OmniStudio issues and errors.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and OmniStudio technologies and best practices.
  • Government Compliance:Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards.
  • Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
  • Support:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce solutions.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer, with specific experience in Salesforce and government projects.
  • Salesforce certifications, including OmniStudio Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce OmniStudio and other Salesforce development tools.
  • Strong understanding of government regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Preferred Skills and Experience



  • Experience with additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Familiarity with other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.


Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
