Job Summary

Support the supply chain leadership team with special projects to improve the end-to-end supply chain. Role will be for 10-12 weeks supporting the Supply Chain Planning team based in Colmar PA.

Primary Duties

  • Support the supply chain leadership team in special projects to improve the end-to-end supply chain. Projects to be identified closer to the start date based on business needs but one will be focused on the procurement processes and another around planning processes.
  • Organize and send out RFQ's to suppliers
  • Release POs, expedite orders, and update open PO books
  • Must successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously to transition products from development into production.

Qualifications

  • Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Must be able to develop relationships and initiate, communicate, and take actions to resolve issues both internally and externally.

Education / Experience

  • Actively enrolled in a college/university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management
