The Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics is an integral part of the Corporate Strategy team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. The role will report to the Sr. Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics. The role is responsible for leading forecast & related business processes and informing decisions for company's key Oncology products. The role will partner with various cross-functional groups to develop, articulate, and maintain a viewpoint on commercial potential and corresponding investments/effort. This position requires a qualified professional with experience working in a corporate and/or consulting setting. The candidate should be proficient in excel modeling and have a track record of developing analytics to support strategic & operational planning. The role requires experience in navigating in a matrix environment, preparing & presenting to senior management, and informing business decisions. The role will enhance decision making by providing analytical rigor through development of scenarios, modeling risks & uncertainties, and clarifying trade-offs. We are looking for someone who combines strategic mindset, excellent problem solving, natural curiosity, humility, and a strong work ethic to join our team. The candidate should have experience working in the biopharma industry with a solid working knowledge of the industry value chain. Relevant Oncology experience will be preferred but not mandatory. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $179,200.00 - $268,800.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
