POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Project Implementation Coordinator remotely based in the US. The Project Implementation Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and tracking status on all customer implementation projects from kick-off through final project billing, ensuring that customer implementation projects are assigned to consultants, project hours are tracked, and billing milestones are properly documented throughout implementation phase.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Hourly Salary $26 - $29 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO



  • Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
  • Provide general project updates to internal/external stakeholders, as needed including key milestones to facilitate revenue recognition
  • Monitor available project hours and communicate next steps as applicable
  • Support the Professional Services Manager and Implementation Team to document customer projects, and timelines as applicable
  • Coordinate and participate in internal/external project transition calls



WHAT WE REQUIRE



  • 2 year college degree or demonstrated experience in software use and organizational skills
  • 3+ years' related work experience

  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Experience working in a similar industry
