What We DoThe Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the completion of the title process. Processes new orders and ensures files are set-up properly. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services.

What You'll Do

  • Process new orders with preliminary searching to start the file off on the correct path
  • Facilitate customer requests via email, workflow, etc and manages incoming correspondence
  • Manage a variety of inventory reports
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Monitor process and resolve issues to keep process on track. Report issues to manager
  • Escalate complex title issues to supervisor as needed

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in escrow/title or curative role
  • Proficient MS Office skill set
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving, organizational skills
  • Exercises good judgment
  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Salary Range: $18.02 - $30.02 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
