Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Wall Street clients
• Align Lenovo solutions with client business objectives
• Drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences

Technical Expertise

• Provide advanced support for PC hardware, including tooling and optimization
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft technologies and security solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges

Collaboration and Growth

• Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery
• Contribute to customer retention through proactive relationship management
• Participate in initiatives to drive innovation in financial technology solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with PC hardware and related technologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft software and IT infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of banking industry technologies and systems
• Experience working with financial institutions
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building skills

Location and Travel

• Based on the East Coast with ability to travel occasionally within the US
