ROLE SCOPE

  • Lead a team in charge with managing global PTC customers (internal and external) with regards to order processing and help the organization deliver world-class services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise Customer Operations Complex team and ensure it operates within guidelines and ensures compliance with existing Customer Operations policies, procedures, and PTC regulations
  • Ensure all KPIs, metrics and objectives are met
  • Recruit, coach and develop team members, create development plans, and conduct performance reviews regularly to provide constructive feedback
  • Build strong partnerships with Customer Operations stakeholders and effective relationships across departments within PTC eco-system
  • Contribute to the successful integration of order transactions on various platforms, define requirements and coordinate testing sessions as needed
  • Get an extensive knowledge about the Order structures and train direct reports appropriately
  • Keep a mindset focused on transforming, improving existing processes and ensuring customers' satisfaction(internal/external)
  • Keep an innovative approach in regard to Customer Operations Processes to ensure they are evolving as needed
  • Performs other tasks required by the direct manager;
  • Ensuring a clear and correct setting of the individual performance goals & objectives for the team members, respectively, ensuring the regular performance assessment/ evaluation at an individual and team level;
  • Organizing regular team meetings, in order to maintain an appropriate level of information regarding tasks, objectives, expectations, changes, news, etc., as well as to facilitate teamwork and the development of collaborative and supportive relationships between team members;
  • Holding regular meetings with the team members to understand their development and support needs; issuing development plans and facilitating their implementation;
  • Constantly asking for feedback from the team and acting in alignment with it;
  • Coordinating the orientation and integration activities for new team members;
  • Monitoring the team activity and proactively taking actions, when necessary, in order to make sure that performance and behavioral standards are met;
  • Administrative activities: ensuring that the time & leave/ attendance for the team members is properly done (annual leave planning, approving absence requests in the electronic system, etc.); facilitating their participation to all the mandatory training sessions;
