Job Summary Ignite your career in the heart of downtown Phoenix at Guy Fieri's DTPHX Kitchen + Bar! Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team and elevate the landscape of sports entertainment. Here's what being a part of our authentic crew entails: Greet guests promptly in friendly and welcoming manner. Manage reservations and seat guest promptly. Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests. Handle reservation inquiries and bookings effectively. Communicates effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to manage seating. Relay important information to servers and other necessary restaurant staff. Handle guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner; collaborate with supervisory staff to address issues that may arise. Keep the host/hostess station clean and organized. Monitor and manage the cleanliness of the waiting area and seating area. Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness. Assist with any opening or closing preparation duties. May assist with inventory, re-stocking item, and other restaurant duties. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements. This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Food Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry Previous Host/Hostess experience preferred. Physical demands: Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary. Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed. Apply to Levy today!
