Temporary Data Entry Specialist - Bronx

FlexStaff is partnering with a leading higher education institution in the Bronx to identify a skilled and detail-oriented Temporary Data Entry Specialist for their finance department. This critical role will support the migration of inventory data from a legacy system to a new platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Location: Bronx, NY (100% onsite)
• Duration: 2-3 months (Temporary Assignment)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input inventory data from the existing system into the new system.
• Verify data integrity and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of data entry progress.
• Collaborate with finance team members to ensure a smooth transition.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
