Qualifications you'll bring:



  • Education, Licensures, & Certifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare, or a related field.
    • Certification or equivalent training in Business Process Optimization, Lean Portfolio Management, or Organizational Change Management is a plus.


  • Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)

    • Minimum ten years professional experience in a healthcare industry, business strategy, digital transformation, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in research, analysis, and strategic planning.
    • Experience with lean methods and mindset.
    • Experience facilitating workshop and collaboration sessions.

Your key responsibilities:




  • Facilitate discussions and influence diverse stakeholders and domain experts using data, insights, and strategic observations. Unlock key discoveries and enhance the value and sustainability of solutions that propel our strategies forward


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate foresight into business strategies, transformation priorities, and solutions.
  • Utilize expertise across multiple disciplines to tackle a variety of challenges.
  • Create and present future scenarios and strategic forecasts to inform organizational planning.
  • Monitor and analyze data from diverse sources to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop business cases with clear performance and value indicators to build or enhance MVP capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps and artifacts, oversee investment priorities, and track and realize value generation / outcomes.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems and breakdown obstacles to progress.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Transition smoothly between roles and projects as needed.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a high-performance mindset.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.

MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles. Specific employment offers and associated compensation will be extended individually based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location; relevant experience, education, and training; and the nature of and demand for the role.
