Description Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprisewide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. Develops the program strategy supporting business case and various enterprisewide high-level project plans. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope timing and budgets as needed based on the needs of the business. Communicates with IT leadership business leadership and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy direction and changes. Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers. Partners with leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools. This is a single or multiple incumbents position that typically exists in a small to medium size enterprise with multiple project managers project leaders and/or project support staff as direct or dotted line reports. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification is required. Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT and business/industry work experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and 5-8 years managing projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications * This group supports the Xfinity app - they need to have worked on SDLC projects * The programs this person is working on will be supporting the Xfinity mobile service. They are giving customers more things to do/features in the Xfinity app to better the overall customer experience. What updates are needed? The app is the interface for the subscriber to active a service, change a service, present something new, etc. * Looking for active program managers - we are driving the programs, rolling up sleeves, getting involved, with partner with engineers to understand things. Does not want someone who will just write things out, but be really invested. * Technical Program Manager - dealing with technical issues. Need to have worked on technical projects * They do not need to be a coder or developer - but people who understand basic issues that come up * Day to day: help the product owners get requirements together, work with the teams for roadmaps, get the schedules to make sure deliverables are happening. They will have deliverable calls, reporting status to the stakeholders * Identify risk and issues Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
