Job Description

Torch Technologies is seeking a Counter Small UAS (C-sUAS) Capabilities Analyst to support the Joint Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO). The analyst will provide expert advice to senior leaders and assist in developing, synchronizing, and integrating DoD C-sUAS capabilities. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure efficient solutions for enhancing C-sUAS efforts across the Joint Force, Combatant Commands, Military Services, and Federal agencies.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide expertise and advice to the JCO Director, Deputy Director, and Requirements and Capabilities Division Chief.
  • Support the development, synchronization, and integration of C-sUAS capabilities into the Joint Force.
  • Assist in the analysis and development of recommendations for improving interoperability and efficiency of existing C-sUAS capabilities.
  • Document solutions for capability interoperability performance and related issues.
  • Present technical concepts to senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct analyses and offer recommendations on improving current systems and developing new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with program managers, system development teams, and stakeholders from Military Services and Federal Agencies to solve complex issues.
  • Provide analysis of C-sUAS technologies, including Electronic Warfare, Sensors, and C-sUAS Weapons.
  • Facilitate the development of a diverse portfolio of C-sUAS systems across Combatant Commands, Military Services, and Federal agencies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Counter-UAS operations or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the Counter-UAS mission and supporting technologies.
  • Experience with Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC), Combatant Command Integrated Priority List (IPL), and related processes.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to Senior Leaders.
  • Ability to develop, synchronize, and integrate C-sUAS capabilities across multiple entities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop recommendations and solutions.
  • Current active Secret security clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Prior military and related C-sUAS experience.
  • Experience consulting with program managers, system development teams, Military Services, and Federal Agencies.
  • TS/SCI clearance is preferred
