Field Service Representative - San Diego, CA - Secret Clearance Operations

Field Service Representative needed for an opportunity with SOC's client located in San Diego, California.

Active Secret Clearance is required!

Responsibilities:

• The FSR shall provide comprehensive subject matter expert (SME) technical support. The FSR shall serve as in-house SME on Harris Defense Communications products and systems.
  
• The FSR shall coordinate, support, and conduct technical activities (involving L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Harris Defense Communications products
  
  and systems) as required by NECC end users:
  
• Operations Training
  
• Assist with development of tactical systems architectures, including ground, air, maritime, and dismount. Facilitate Common Operating Picture (COP), extension of services, connection to SIE/SIPR, network operations (Net Ops), PLI/BFT/SA, ISR, voice, data - mesh networks, Line-of-Sight, SATCOM, and MUOS Provisioning.
  
• Assist with development of C4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and new con-ops and mission use cases that can be achieved through advanced new capabilities in L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Harris Defense Communications products and systems.
  
• Support for basic Maintenance: Software upgrades, COMSEC initialization, HUB replacement, etc.
  
• FSRs will report weekly to the PMW 790 LNO to address questions, challenges and issues which may arise from within the
  
  NECC force in reference to L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Harris Defense Communications products and systems.
  
• Attend meetings and conferences if required.
  
• Direct support to NECC tactical operations training activities such as Troop work up phase during Unit Level Training (ULT) and Squadron Integration (SIT).
  

Qualifications:

• The FSR must hold active clearance of SECRET or higher.
  
• FSR training to include 2 months of on-site L3Harris training (this could be in Rochester or at the base location in CA)
  
• MUST be comfortable and able traveling (specifically to Bahrain)
