What we need...

COCC is looking for a dynamic and collaborative self-starter to join our Core Banking Support team as a Business Analyst! In this exciting role, you'll take charge as the product owner for tactical development requests, acting as the key liaison between various business units and development teams. You'll also tackle client escalations, create essential documentation for clients and internal teams, and spearhead process improvements. What you'll do...



  • Product ownership for tactical development requests; prioritization of product backlog with cross-functional collaboration, assessment and development of acceptance criteria, identification of potential risks, create feature documentation and communications.
  • Coordinate beta testing
  • Support product upgrades
  • Resolve client escalations
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Remain up to date with industry trends and compliance
  • Document internal processes and procedures


What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science prefered but will consider appropriate work experience and/or certifications
  • Minimum of five years in banking or financial services, preferably in an implementation, technical, or analyst capacity
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Experience with Agile project management framework is a plus


Salary range for this role is $70,000-$113,000/annually
