Position Title: Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM

Position Overview:

The Senior Workday Analyst - Core HCM manages and optimizes the Core HCM module in Workday to support HR operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and alignment with business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead configurations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Core HCM module
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Configure and maintain HCM functionalities with a focus on user experience and automation focus
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless operations
  • Review and test Workday releases to identify and implement new Core HCM features
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support implementations and new enhancements
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices for reference

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 6+ years of HRIS experience, with technical expertise in Workday Core HCM
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and system thinking
  • Solid understanding of key HR business processes
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Requirements:

  • Workday certification in Core HCM
  • Experience in global, highly matrixed organization
