Work Schedule: Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local - Tewkesbury, GBR
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Supply Team Manager to lead the rollout and sustainment of Supply-related technical ERP capabilities within our Industrial Group. Reporting to the ERP Systems Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning our standard supply processes and reducing complexity across the group. You can be based in the UK, America, Germany, or the Netherlands. This position offers flexibility to accommodate fully remote, hybrid, or onsite work, depending on the incumbent's location, and involves up to 30% travel Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment and Improvement: Lead the deployment and improvement of ERP (Supply) capabilities and data for global operations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) supply to develop and execute global process and data improvement plans.
- Configuration and Deployment: Oversee the configuration and deployment of ERP (Supply) capabilities in alignment with global standards.
- Decision Facilitation: Apply expert knowledge to facilitate key decisions and provide effective solutions.
- Team Management: Manage a team of eight direct reports and ensure appropriate management of Supply consultants.
- Analytics and Integration: Support the delivery of analytics reporting and design of associated data integration points.
- Change Management: Ensure all change decisions follow best practices and maintain historical records in accordance with audit regulations.
- Standardization: Collaborate with the business and other Digital teams to ensure adoption of global process solutions and data standards.
- Optimization: Optimize support to live user sites through Moog headcount or external vendor contracts.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience with ECC 6.0 and/or S4/HANA environments, preferably with global deployment experience.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading project sub-teams and planning summary task activities.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Change Management: Experience in change management and utilizing supporting tools.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and sustain effective teams.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Special Circumstances:
- Work as part of a Digital transformation team where process blueprints are the accountability of the GBPO construct and WSMs manage configuration and delivery of change.
- Sustain a solid working relationship with the Supply GBPO and ensure effective collaboration between your team and that of the GBPO to meet delivery commitments.
- Manage a globally dispersed team in alignment with various local policies and procedures.
- Conduct a large volume of work remotely across multiple time zones.
- Travel to other Moog sites, suppliers, and customers internationally.
