Job Summary
Lightpath is seeking an OSP Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the construction of the Lightpath Fiber Network in Pennsylvania by working with the OSP management team and coordinating all design and construction efforts for the project. The PM will work to onboard drilling contractors, work to schedule construction in the field, support preconstruction meetings with municipalities and contractors, manage a team of inspectors and a construction manager who will also be on the team. The team will follow through the installation, splicing and testing of the fiber cables and work to turn over documentation to the customer as required. In addition, this role will support plant maintenance and repairs on an as needed basis. The OSP Project Manager is a vital part of the Lightpath team. Lightpath has near-term plans to dramatically accelerate expansion in the Pennsylvania market and, in doing so, the construction of a new fiber network. The OSP team is responsible for working with outside contractors to enable the rapid deployment of the fiber plant in order to enable this expansion, and the OSP PM will play a key role in this process.
