We're an award-winning IT solutions provider to the Federal government seeking a Senior Technical Manager to join our team. US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day. This hybrid position will initially require 2 days of client-site work weekly, but the onsite requirement could potentially change to daily. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance of Washington, D.C. In this position, you will lead a team that supports overall project performance, including cost, schedule, deliverables, and contractual compliance. By working closely with the CTO, CIO, and Program Manager, this role helps to drive organizational strategy, align teams, and deliver on multiple interconnected projects. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and customer to initiate successful programs that drive strategic benefits and organizational growth. You will define and oversee a list of dependent projects needed to reach the program's overall goals, consulting and coordinating with the Program Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:
