Job Summary

Provides second level and higher problem determination for all problems escalated by the Service Desk regarding support of end user operations. Repairs a variety of PC hardware to a module level.

Essential Functions

  • Define and resolve client issues.
  • Identify appropriate IT segment to resolve client issue outside skill set.
  • Install personal computers, printers and other peripherals and configure other operating systems and application software programs.
  • Participate in internal projects.
  • Perform other support functions, such as hardware repair, software support, equipment moves and training

Education Description

High school diploma or GED.

Experience

  • Five (5) years related technical experience.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, the Company's Ethics and Compliance Code of Conduct, and other Company policies and procedures and do so consistently, take all required training courses and do so timely.
  • Able to demonstrate respect for all individuals, adhere to the Company's values and business practices and do both consistently.
  • Able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Networks, including user set up, passwords and printer queues.
  • Able to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills for extensive contact with internal team members and clients.
  • Able to assess situations and analyze data to provide solutions.
  • Able to exhibit strong personal initiative and self motivation
  • Able to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Able to demonstrate logical reasoning, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to enter data into tracking system accurately and timely.
  • Able to exhibit a strong desire for continuing professional development through self study and formal classroom education in order to take advantage of advances in network communications technology.
