As a full time, non-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Outpatient Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. This position will split their time between the Merrillville, IN and Gary, IN campuses.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work a full time 8 to10 hour shift Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm. This position will work a rotating shift on Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm.

Starting Pay: $55 - $60 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Facility: Methodist is a not-for-profit, community-based healthcare system. Methodist has two full-service campuses just 14 miles apart. Northlake is the urban campus in Gary while Southlake Campus in Merrillville is located near one of the Midwest's busiest retail areas. Combined campus bed capacity is 625 plus nurseries. Midlake Campus is the outpatient facility in Gary, conveniently located between the Northlake and Southlake campuses. This outpatient clinic pharmacy is located within Methodist Hospital Northlake on the 1st floor in close proximity to the main entrance and Emergency Department. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy:This pharmacy will service discharged Methodist Hospital inpatients, Methodist Hospital outpatients and employees and will have an active 340B program, administer vaccinations, utilizes ePrescribe, performs patient chart reviews and medication therapy management, along with some compounding. The pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday 9a-7p and Saturday 9a-3p.

Required Qualifications:

• Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
• Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Indiana
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
• Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital or Retail setting
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
• Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
• Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity
• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• HepB3 Series(or declination)
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th
• COVID Vaccine
