Research Director, USAID Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG Bureau), Analytical Services V, United States Social Impact is a global development management consulting firm. We provide monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building services to advance development effectiveness. We work across all development sectors including democracy and governance, health and education, the environment, and economic growth. Since 1997 we have worked in over 100 countries for clients such as US government agencies, bilateral donors, multilateral development banks, foundations, and nonprofits. Proposal Objective: SI is pursuing a five-year The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG Bureau) project. The USAID DRG Bureau seeks technical assistance and analytical services through the Analytical Services V (ASV) contract(s), also referred to as the "Activity" or "ASV." The purpose of ASV is to acquire services for the DRG Bureau, USAID Missions, and other USAID operating units that will inform and advance DRG approaches and programming across the globe. Position Summary: SI seeks a full-time Research Director to manage all aspects related to research, analysis, and technical assistance for this contract. This will be a full-time position based in the United States, for the anticipated period of performance, contingent upon contract award. Anticipated award is September/October 2025. **Please Note: Candidates must be based in the United States. Given this project is working with the USAID DG Bureau, priority will be given to candidates based in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia).** Responsibilities:
