The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for answering incoming and placing outbound calls to customers. This position will be responsible for managing assigned accounts which require the ability to process purchase orders, arrange shipments, and work with multiple departments. In addition, the CSR will proactively keep the customers informed as to the current status of their purchase orders. The CSR will fully manage the customers` needs from the order entry process to final shipment, and all points in between. This position requires a detailed, organized person with good time management skills, and the ability to interact with team members and cross functional team Responsibilities:
