Business Operations Analyst

Peraton is in search of a Business Analyst for a large ITIL-based IT program. You will join a growing DHS contract with an exciting mission and be a core member of the Program Management Office team.

Day to Day Roles and Responsibilities:

Peraton is in search of a Business Analyst for a large ITIL-based IT program. You will join a growing DHS contract with an exciting mission and be a core member of the Program Management Office team.

What you'll do:

Manage key program meeting executions to deliver desired outcomes.
• Manage special program-level projects.
• Execute project management support activities for task order delivery projects.
• Collect and analyze data, summarize trends and produce reports.
• Document delivery processes and procedures that reflect ITIL4, Agile and PMI quality standards, and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Work hours: generally, 8 to 4:30 PM ET, but could vary throughout the month due to deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or HS diploma and 9 years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Hold a current DHS Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in a business analyst role or related for an ITIL-based IT program.
• ITIL4 Foundations Certification.
• Critical thinking skills and an ability to operate independently within the program framework with a keen sense of personal responsibility and bias for results.
• Ability to analyze data from numerous data sources to determine trends.
• Ability to plan, schedule and track and communicate progress with all levels within an organization.
