Who we are looking for...

Cornerstone Servicing is looking for an experienced Mortgage Servicing Project Manager with experience implementation and development experience. This professional will be responsible for leading programs/projects, implementing enterprise level vendor products and integrations.




  • Location: Onsite daily in Englewood, CO
  • Compensation: $80-110k + Bonus



What you'll need to be successful...




  • Manages a team of implementation specialists and ensures the business needs are met throughout the implementation process
  • Manage and resolve conflict between internal teams and client
  • Access and document the client's needs and project requirements
  • Gain key stakeholder approval of the project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans and track/measure progress
  • Deliver regular Program/Project progress reports and escalate concerns and/or roadblocks to senior management
  • Effectively plan the Program/Project and allocate/coordinate resources both internal and external to deliver projects on-time and within scope and budget
  • Participate in contract negotiations
  • Obtain post implementation sign off on delivered Programs/Projects before concluding Programs/Projects
  • Perform other job-duty related issues as assigned



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage origination and servicing
  • Must have minimum of 2 years of program/project management experience
  • Excellent Leadership skills
  • PMP Certification desired
  • Ability to discuss technical and business project requirements in detail when required
  • Skills in conflict management, time management and team management
  • Organized with good problem-solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in addition to verbal/written communication
  • Ability to work through stressful situations professionally
  • Ability to identify solutions and ensure progress in the deep understanding of project and customer management
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable in actively participating in a team environment
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
