At this time, we are seeking a dynamic Performance Management Analyst who assists in data modeling, process optimization, performance tracking, calculating results, design, administration and processing of Incentives throughout the organization by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Create and assist with incentive calculation templates and other relevant incentive data. Create new calculation templates as new plans are created based on related incentive plan methodologies.
- Actively maintain Incentive Management System (ICM), incentive database, and modules (e.g. iAccept, Referrals, Disputes, dashboards and data tables) to incorporate changes, make enhancements and update as necessary based on plan changes and new plan methodologies. Assist the Financial Systems Analyst with various maintenance functions, e.g. FTE table maintenance, plan table updates, etc.
- Create and maintain performance management reporting and analytics for various internal and external clients, including, but not limited to: leaderboards, scorecards, incentive payouts, incentive cost projections, etc.
- Support field operations by providing timely customer service. Handle all incentive calls and inquiries.
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual incentive and performance management processes with LOBs, present supporting data and analysis, obtain approvals and create audit trail for process review.
- Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures relating to management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting and processing of incentives.
- Partner with Internal Audit on annual audit reviews and assist with audit requirements as needed.
- Maintain effective communication through interaction with peers and leadership, receiving approvals from different LOBs and Senior Finance Manager.
- Develop and assist with performance related data modeling, key financial metrics, budget, forecasting financials and perform ad hoc analysis.
- Manage data sets to support BI models using visualization tools to track performance of business lines by comparing and analyzing budgets and forecasts with actual results, trends, and variances.
- Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
- Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
- Identifies and reports suspicious activity.
EDUCATION Completion or nearing completion of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related field are preferred majors required. EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 0 - 3 years of analytical experience working in a fast-moving, complex and high-pressure environment required.
- Financial industry experience preferred, but requisite experience in other industries will be considered.
- Experience in performance or incentive compensation management strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Axiom EPM or other like financial systems preferred.
- Advanced excel modeling skills, high technical competency and experience working with large amounts of data required.
