TTI, Inc. is looking for a Compliance Analyst at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The Compliance Analyst is accountable for projects and record-keeping activities that support the material functions of the company in fulfilling its global compliance efforts, under the direction of the Chief Administrative Officer and the Vice President of Legal & Compliance. Job duties include, but are not limited to: identifying compliance obligations; researching and analyzing best practices for compliance; exercising independent judgment in drafting and implementing policies, procedures, and auditing; monitoring and updating compliance programs; creating and maintaining legal and compliance records; supporting legal operations; and exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion, both within and outside of the company, while handling documents, workflows, and confidential information.
  • Identify and prioritize compliance issues relevant to the company and its stakeholders, including but not limited to corporate governance, export and trade regulation, sustainability, data use and privacy, contracts, and insurance.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
  • Identify, create, monitor, and report on compliance performance benchmarks and metrics that are objectively and measurably established, provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Exercise independent judgment by setting goals and priorities for complex compliance projects within the context of the company's operations and compliance obligations. Follow up with both internal and external teammates to ensure projects move along in a timely manner.
  • Drive process for corporate governance by exercising independent judgment to identify global governance obligations. Ensure compliance by drafting board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate governance documents. Update government registrations with accurate officers and directors, addresses, revenue, and other information. Process and file annual reports, coordinating with internal and external teammates to gather information.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance policies, practices, and goals.
  • Partner in completing and validating observations or corrective actions as necessary for identified issues from audits or other regulatory parties.
  • Monitor and maintain awareness of trends in the global compliance area and communicate to senior management as applicable.
  • Maintain information and records of a highly sensitive and confidential nature, including but not limited to legal invoices, corporate governance, intellectual property registrations, insurance applications and policies, etc.
  • Drive process for responses to subpoenas and other information requests by calendaring deadlines, gathering and reviewing internal production, following up with internal and external teammates as needed, drafting responses, and producing responses to requestor.
  • Drive process for legal invoicing and billing by gathering all incoming invoices, ensuring internal teammates are able to review, send for payment, record all invoices and payments, and assist in tracking legal spend. Drive process for analyzing legal spend, opportunities for cost-cutting, and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain global compliance calendar regarding subpoenas, annual reports, intellectual property registrations, etc.; ensure all compliance deadlines are met.
  • Draft, revise, and maintain records and documents of a highly sensitive and confidential nature, including but not limited to legal correspondence, responses to information requests, corporate governance, bankruptcy filings, lawsuits, HR complaints, insurance, and claims.
  • Process incoming legal and compliance correspondence.
  • Provide reporting and analysis as requested. Compile and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports. Prepare presentations, charts, graphics, etc., as needed.
  • Other job duties, as needed or assigned.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Five plus years of related professional or legal experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.


SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS



  • Possess highly professional demeanor and presentation with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Exercise independent judgment in performing work.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, & Outlook).
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal/teamwork skills to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside and outside the TTI organization.
  • Possess good working knowledge of banking functions and accounting principles.
  • Effectively interpret instructions provided in verbal or written form and readily seek instruction if unsure.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute and operate 10-key by touch.
  • Previous experience with project coordination and management.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with an excellent understanding of English grammar and composition.
  • Ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates sound business judgment and unquestionable work ethic.
