Ricardo Defense is seeking a Business Portfolio Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of projects associated with cutting-edge initiatives that advance warfighter capabilities. The Business Portfolio Manager is responsible for strategic oversight of the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. This critical position leads and guides a team of Project Managers in disciplined project execution, while contributing to the capture of repeat business and portfolio expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses excellent leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills, along with a track record of successful project management and a proven ability to implement process improvement. Applicants must be local to Troy, MI or willing to relocate. This position will be working out of our Troy, MI office three days per week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
