Job Description:

Job Summary
The Non-DOT Cement Heavy Haul performs hot shot pick-ups, transports cement personnel to and from job locations, and performs housekeeping maintenance on vehicles or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hot shot pick ups
• Transport cement personnel to and from job locations
• Perform housekeeping maintenance on all vehicles and equipment
• Safely drives company vehicles to and from location in all weather conditions and on varying road surfaces
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Maintaining a current, valid driver's license and a clean driving record, required
• Clear written and spoken communication skills, must be able to read and follow directions in English
• Must have strong mechanical knowledge
• Personable, able to interact effectively with team and personnel at all levels of the organization
• Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shift
• Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs. overhead without assistance
• Must be physically able to withstand all weather conditions including extreme heat and cold
