Description
Summary Responsible for process stabilization of production areas assigned. Monitor and summarize process data and production quality. Prepare condition tables and correct any quality deviations developing countermeasures and implementing through condition adjustment orders. Monitor equipment conditions / performance and correct any problems. Troubleshoot to provide solutions and ideas concerning problems directly related to issues involving quality, production stability, process conditions and machine performance. Implement actions to improve product quality and reduce energy consumption. Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Qualifications

Ability to utilize/operate a computer, peripheral equipment, and appropriate software. Must possess knowledge base typically obtained through completion of a degree in technical discipline (chemical engineering preferred). The ability to hear, speak, use hands/fingers and the repetitive motions of hands/wrists are frequent. Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to move within the production area and occasionally climb stairs. Vision abilities require the adjustment and focus of sight. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment as required. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation. Must be able to wear a full face respirator.
