Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Change Management & Communications Specialist to join the Worldwide GTM Operations team. In this role, you will support transformation initiatives across the GTM Operations organization and manage key executive communications. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful change, enhance internal communication strategies, and foster a culture of engagement and collaboration. Your expertise in strategic communication will be critical in amplifying leadership messages, building employee engagement programs, and shaping a positive narrative around change. The ideal candidate will reside in or near either New York City or San Jose, CA.
Job Requirements
- Drive Change Initiatives: Implement the established GTM change management framework to drive the successful adoption of change, including process improvements and cultural transformations. Assess the impact of change on people, processes, systems, and culture, and develop mitigation strategies to address potential risks and challenges.
- Executive Communication: Partner with GTM Ops leadership to develop and deliver clear, compelling, and strategic messages to drive organizational change. Craft executive communications, presentations, and thought leadership pieces, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging aligned with priorities and change initiatives. Act as a liaison between the GTM Ops leadership and team members, providing leadership visibility and fostering open, transparent dialogue.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement campaigns to foster a positive environment during change, focusing on building excitement and buy-in. Design creative campaigns and interactive content that drive involvement and engagement, encouraging feedback and participation in transformation efforts.
- Communication and Training: Design and execute communication plans that ensure employees at all levels understand the benefits and impact of change initiatives. Develop training materials and content for leadership and employees, providing the tools and resources to embrace change effectively.
- Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies, adjusting as needed to improve engagement. Track key metrics and update leadership regularly on the success of communication efforts and employee engagement. Advocate for continuous innovation within GTM Operations to manage change proactively.
Education
* Bachelor's or master's in communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. * Proven experience in executive communication, social media management, and employee engagement, with a focus on driving change initiatives and organizational transformation. * Ability to independently draft, develop, and deliver key communications with a diverse set of stakeholders that are clear, concise, compelling, and consistent. * Aptitude to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Flexible and adaptable, with an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Compensation: The target salary range for this position is 108,800 - 140,800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
