THE JOB:

As a Poker Tournament Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for attending to the needs of players and guests as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services. You will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $30/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise assigned operational functions of the Poker Tournament consistent with the strategic plan, the fiscal budget, and the company's short term and long-term profitability objectives.
• Facilitate and operates daily poker tournaments, greet players, and maintain the Poker games seating list.
• Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Possesses a high school diploma or GED.
• Has at least 2 years of poker, hotel, resort, or casino experience

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
