Account Services Order Specialist

This is a remote, work from home position. This position will require initial training along with periodic team events onsite within the Owatonna, MN facility; therefore, candidates must reside within a reasonable commutable distance to the facility.

Our team in Owatonna, MN is seeking an Account Services Order Specialist who will provide post-order support directly to external customers and internal contacts while offering exceptional service in a timely manner.

At a minimum you'll need:

• Associate degree or a minimum of five (5) years equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Sales or Customer Service experience

As an Account Services Order Specialist a typical day might include:

• Supporting Acquisition Sales and Account Service Representative teams with post-order assistance
• Working internally with necessary departments to resolve and troubleshoot issues related to orders
• Providing status updates to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Performing requested changes to orders including but not limited to credits, additional dollars, and ship date changes
• Reviewing orders on hold and working directly with customers to obtain information needed to release orders
• Requesting Certificates of Insurance and creating SalesForce tasks to the Contract Specialist
• Assisting Account Service Representative team in creating Taskray projects
• Contacting and resolving failed Web Orders directly with customers
• Managing and tracking large delivery-only projects to ensure details are solidified and delivery dates are executed
• Providing cross-functional support by creating quotes and processing orders when Account Service Representative and Order Entry teams are experiencing high volumes or team members are out of the office
