Purpose & Scope The Trade and Distribution Relations Account Manager oversees customer service functions, DSA invoices, order processing, and maintains customer contracts and pricing within Tolmar systems as well as the day-to-day management of trade and distribution. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Perform Customer Service activities including handling customer inquiries received via email, phone and fax as needed. Maintain customer direct and indirect contracts, pricing with all classes of trade (national and regional distribution wholesalers, chain drug stores, etc.) for branded products. * Responsible for the Monday orders, analysis and approving the order summary report which goes to senior leadership/president of Tolmar commercial. * Collaborate and develop relationships with the category managers at each trading partners, McKesson P&B, Cardinal SP, ABC, Cardinal Health, Morris Dickson, Cura Script for all branded products * Understand, manage and evaluate PAR level for each trading partner. Monitor and understand any fluctuation in ordering levels and ordering, proactively keep senior leadership abreast of the changes positive and negative along with reasons either way. * Will be trained on tableau data and working with the data team cross functionally finance, sales, data and GM * Develop relationships with DCA and RSD and field all purchasing for the wholesalers' questions and ordering for the field * Learn and utilize the ordering platform for Jatenzo and Fensolvi. * Manage the small network pharmacies for Jatenzo * EDI. Work closely with Tolmar EDI team to communicate with customers on any EDI related issues. * Coordinate direct pricing management with the Finance Department to ensure all prices are accurately loaded. * Perform analyses and create reports related to: o Contract performance and compliance, o Direct purchases and trend analysis and o Administrative fee and rebate calculations. * Perform various other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities * Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to effectively respond to questions from management, internal clients, external clients (customers) and technical associates. * Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. * Strong written and oral communication skill * The ability to meet deadlines is essential. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Preferred experience in maintaining contracts, pricing and managing chargeback processing within the pharmaceutical industry. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Working Conditions * Office environment; requiring sitting and standing. * Limited travel when needed < 10% Compensation Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package. The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between ($97,000 and $130,000 year); however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities.
