This is a Full Time, benefitted, salaried role as a Respiratory Therapist (RCP) Supervisor at Mercy San Diego. The shift is a varied shift but generally will be for night shift. There could be occasional weekend call to meet department needs. This position is eligible for the Supervisor incentive compensation plan.
