Description Experience in shaping teams in the way they operate, function, and develop within the sprints. When given expected outcomes, understanding the information that is given and constructing a plan of attack to accomplish those goals. Increasing speed of resolution when it comes to ticketing, backlog, SLAs, and getting the queue down Oversee and be hands-on with high-level projects Client Engagement: Serve as a consultant and client-facing contact for assigned Atlassian services engagements. Product Administration: Administer Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Trello, assisting clients with implementation to support their business processes. Requirements Analysis: Analyze and interpret business requirements, integrations, and system architecture to provide strategic recommendations. Project Management: Oversee engagement scope within budget and resource constraints, proactively identifying and managing risks. Technical Development and Support: Provide hands-on support and guidance to clients using Atlassian tools, aiming to enhance productivity and success. Compliance: Ensure the proper handling, protection, and management of sensitive data in compliance with relevant regulations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $100.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
