POSITION SUMMARY: The EHR Facilitator is guided by the Physician (CPOE) Instructional Designer and by the leaders of the Department of Medicine. The EHR Facilitator supports the Department of Medicine by providing 1:1 instruction and assistance with the goal of improving Physician efficiency and overall user experience. They maintain a clear knowledge of proper Physician workflows, and pain-points throughout the clinics. Position: EHR Facilitator (Epic Credentialed Trainer) Department: EPIC Schedule: Full Time - Hybrid - Primarily remote (LOCAL) *This position is funded by the Department of Medicine through June 2027. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Associate's degree or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (will consider equivalent combination of formal education and experience, i.e. HS/GED plus 2 years related Healthcare experience). EXPERIENCE: For candidates with an Associates or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, healthcare and/or Epic experience preferred. For candidates with high school diploma/GED, work requires at least 2 years healthcare related experience. Epic experience preferred (Credentialing in CPOE a plus). KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
