Description Responsibilities include setup of presentation and conferencing systems, system trouble-shooting, problem resolution and product installation. Day to day duties may include daily room check out, system troubling-shooting, delivery and tracking of portable presentation equipment, facilitating equipment repair, and meeting set-up. Experience in Extron, Crestron, AMX, audio and video conferencing, projection and display systems. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in Computer Science or related discipline: at least two but typically four or more years of experience in computer support. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast paced changing environment.
